I would like to address the comment on the skill sets necessary to install both wind and solar. As these power sources become more excepted and the comsumer has a demand for renewable energy such as wind or solar Photovoltaics. The people who should be trained to install, should be ready trained electricians. Electricians already have most of the skill sets to install solar and wind. They have a much shorter learning curve to have everything needed to safely install solar and wind. Me for example an a licensed electrician as well as NABCEP Certified Photovoltaic installer. This make renewables a one stop shopping for the consumer. There is no need to have two diffenent people on the job, when you have one that has all the skills!
